    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    All products delivered are exactly as displayed on the site. However, please keep in mind that colors may vary from one device to another.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    After placing an order successfully, an order confirmation email will be sent to you containing the order and payment details. Once your order is delivered, you will receive a receipt via email, as well as a hard copy alongside your package.

    How can I return an item?

    At Katch Saudi, we constantly work on ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction and exceeding your expectations.

    • For any complaint or request for exchange, please email us on info@katchsaudi.com.
    • Please note that we do not accept refunds, however the value of any returned item will remain in your account and can be used to purchase of other products.
    • You may request to exchange a product for another one of equal or higher value, within 10 calendar days of receipt.
    • Personalized items are not exchangeable.
    • Katch Saudi is not responsible for any shipping charges, taxes, or any other fees on returned items and new handlings.
    • Returns will only be accepted if the products are still intact and with their original packaging.
    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    Restocking of items is relative and can not be guaranteed for all the displayed items.  If you are interested in an “out of stock” piece, please inform us by sending us an email or a WhatsApp message.

    How will I know when the item has been shipped?

    Once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email, Push Notification and SMS.

    Am I able to place an order via WhatsApp?

    Yes, however, this option is only available in the KSA and for Cash on Delivery payment. You just need to text us at +966 53 075 7070 with the details of the items you wish to order, and our Customer Care team is happy to assist you!

    How much will I be charged for shipping?

    Shipping fees vary depending on the weight, size and destination of your selected items, and the cost will appear at the checkout.

    How do I place an order?

    It’s simple! Here’s how:
    1- Choose a category or designer from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
    2- Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to bag’. Once you’ve added all items, it’s time to checkout.
    3- Sign in to your account or, if you’ve not yet created one, sign up in easy steps.
    4- Enter your shipping address, select payment method and details to finalize your order. We will send you the order confirmation and it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
